Delete option not showing. I have an issue highlighted. I am clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right. I see 5 options but none of them are 'delete'. I have admin rights. Is there another setting that needs to be changed by me or another admin so I see the 'delete' option?
You can do that with the Bulk change function. Click on the 3 dots menu in the upper right next to the Export button. Then choose Bulk change and follow the steps. For the next question, issues are stored in the database and connected to a project. Issues can be viewed and interacted with on a board or a list.
The other options is to add a Fix Version to your issues and Epics that are completed, and set that version to Released, while also having this subfilter applied to your board. In order to remove done epics from the drop-down you have to set the epic status. This is different from the workflow status. I would recommend that you set it as part of the workflow, or that you have an automation that sets the epic status when you move it to a Done status. Log time on an issue. Once you've started to work on a specific issue, log time to keep a record of it. This will let you compare your original estimate with how long it actually took to resolve the issue. Open the issue and select β’β’β’ > Log work (or click on the time tracking field) Fill in the Log time fields and select Save.
